These Terms apply to all visitors, candidates, client companies, and any other users of our services.
If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The specific terms, fees, timelines, and obligations for each engagement are governed by separate written agreements between CBRS NeutralHost Services LLC and the respective client company or placement agreement with the candidate.
Our website and services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who are legally eligible to work in the United States or the jurisdiction in which services are sought. By using our site or services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or who violates these Terms.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any user who violates these prohibitions, including reporting conduct to law enforcement authorities.
As a job candidate, you represent and warrant that all information you provide — including your resume, work history, credentials, certifications, and references — is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination of our relationship and may expose you to legal liability to us and to prospective employers.
By submitting your resume or profile to CBRS NeutralHost Services LLC, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to present your profile and resume to prospective client employers for purposes of evaluating your candidacy for open positions. We will not submit your profile to any employer without reasonable prior communication with you.
Our recruiting services are provided at no cost to candidates. We are compensated solely by our client companies upon the successful placement of a candidate. You should never be asked to pay a fee for job placement services from a reputable recruiting firm.
CBRS NeutralHost Services LLC acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We do not make final hiring decisions. All employment decisions rest solely with the client company. We do not guarantee placement, employment, or that submitted profiles will result in interviews or offers.
All client engagements are governed by a separate, written Staffing Services Agreement executed between CBRS NeutralHost Services LLC and the client company. These Terms supplement, but do not replace, any such agreement. In the event of a conflict, the executed Staffing Services Agreement shall control.
Client companies agree not to directly hire, engage, or otherwise employ any candidate introduced by CBRS NeutralHost Services LLC outside of the terms of the applicable Staffing Services Agreement. Circumvention fees may apply as specified in that agreement.
Client companies using our staffing services represent and warrant that they comply with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any job order that we reasonably believe requires discriminatory hiring practices.
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software — is the property of CBRS NeutralHost Services LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Continued use of our website or services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
